Ready to add a shimmy to your step?  Belly dancing is a fun, low-impact activity that welcomes women of all ages, shapes and sizes. You’ll build strength and flexibility in class, develop balance and fluidity of movement, and have the chance to explore a more sparkly side of your personality in a fun, supportive environment.

Najla has been teaching belly dance for over a decade, and performing even longer.  In her classes, students learn fundamental belly dance moves through drills, combinations, choreography, and improvisation.  Each of her classes has a specific focus to help students at all levels get their "hips wet".  Class topics change on a regular basis, so check individual class listings and the calendar for additional information and registration.  Drop-ins are always welcome, and no previous dance experience is required.
